Who Provides Coleo

What Coleo Does

Coleo helps parents and caregivers organize children's schools, activities, schedules, tuition, recurring charges, and family expense records. Coleo is a planning and recordkeeping tool. It is not financial, tax, legal, educational, medical, or childcare advice.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter in Coleo, the accuracy of your records, and how you use exports or backups. You should keep your device, backups, and passwords secure. Gaia Superlab cannot recover passwords for encrypted backups.

Coleo Pro, Subscriptions, And Lifetime Purchases

Coleo may offer free features and paid Coleo Pro features. Paid options may include monthly, yearly, and lifetime products. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and managed in Coleo through RevenueCat.

Subscription billing, cancellations, renewals, trials, taxes, refunds, and payment methods are handled by the store where you purchased. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings. Access to paid features may depend on an active entitlement reported by the store and RevenueCat.

Refunds

Refund requests are generally handled by Apple App Store or Google Play under their policies. Gaia Superlab cannot guarantee that a store will approve a refund.

Local Data, Exports, And Backups

Coleo stores family records locally by default. If you export, share, or back up data, you are responsible for where that file goes and who can access it. Restoring from a backup may replace or merge local data depending on the app flow shown to you.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Coleo, attempt to break or reverse engineer the app, interfere with store billing or entitlement checks, use the app for illegal activity, or violate another person's rights.

Intellectual Property

Coleo, including its name, design, app icons, software, text, and related materials, belongs to Gaia Superlab or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Coleo to you.

Availability And Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Coleo, including free or paid features, when needed to improve the app, comply with store rules, address security issues, or support the product responsibly.

No Warranty

Coleo is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every reminder, calculation, export, restore, or entitlement check will always work in every situation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gaia Superlab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, missed payments, scheduling mistakes, or reliance on information entered into Coleo.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Panama, except where consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as Coleo changes. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and, when appropriate, notify users in the app or through store release notes.
