Privacy Policy

Coleo is built as a privacy-first family planning app. Your children, school, activity, tuition, and expense records are stored on your device by default. Coleo does not require an account and does not run a Gaia Superlab cloud database for your family records.

Information You Add To Coleo
You may choose to enter children, schools, activities, providers, schedules, tuition amounts, expenses, notes, and related planning details. These records are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export, back up, restore, or share them using device features.
Backups And Exports
Coleo may let you create CSV exports or encrypted backup files. You control where those files are saved or shared. If you create an encrypted backup, Gaia Superlab cannot recover the password for you.
Analytics And App Events
We use analytics to understand whether Coleo works well and which parts of the app need improvement. Analytics may include app opens, screen views, onboarding completion, activity creation, expense logging, paywall views, purchase events, crash or diagnostic signals, device type, operating system, app version, and approximate region.
Coleo uses Firebase Analytics and Meta App Events. Meta advertiser ID collection is disabled in Coleo. We do not use Coleo to request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission for cross-app tracking.
Purchases And Subscriptions
Coleo Pro purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Coleo uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status, lifetime purchases, entitlements, customer information, paywalls, restores, and customer support tools. Gaia Superlab does not receive your full payment card number from Apple or Google.
Children's Privacy
Coleo is designed for parents and caregivers, not for children to use directly. Information you enter about children is stored locally in the app by default. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through a Gaia Superlab account or cloud profile.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, Coleo may schedule local notifications on your device. Notification preferences can be changed in the app or in your device settings.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your family records. We may share limited technical, analytics, purchase, or support information with service providers that help us operate Coleo, including Apple, Google, Firebase, Meta, RevenueCat, and email support providers. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices.
Deleting Your Data
You can delete local Coleo records by deleting them inside the app or by removing the app and its data from your device. Store purchases and subscription records are managed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. If you contact support, you can ask us to delete support correspondence that we can reasonably identify.
International Use
Coleo may be used in different countries, and service providers may process technical, analytics, support, and purchase data in countries other than where you live.
Changes
We may update this policy as Coleo changes. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and, when appropriate, notify users in the app or through store release notes.
